The quality of service that we provide to our customers is imperative but it should not just stop there, our focus should also be on providing a quality service to the wider community and the environment. For that reason we Lemon, 24/7 call centrehave established a Corporate Social Responsibility Policy.

From day to day activities, such as turning off lights, reducing paper usage and powering down PC's, Lemon makes a concentrated effort to reduce its effect on the environment. Our aim is to be a true carbon neutral company by offsetting our carbon footprint through re-forestation. We also look at ways in which we can support local charities and good causes and make a conscious effort to give back to the local community in which we work.

Our Corporate Social Responsibility Policy ensures that we keep in mind a triple bottom line, people, planet and profit.
