What Information we collect

  • As a customer to provide you with the call management helpdesk services you have requested for yourself and/or your customers;
  • Whilst servicing your account in writing or over the phone;

This includes:

  • employee’s names, email addresses, job titles, telephone numbers, company name, company address, company Twitter handle and company website;
  • the name, address, email address, telephone numbers of your customers where we are providing services on your behalf and any other personal information they may disclose.

Additionally, anonymous information about your computer hardware and software and approximate geographic location is collected in order to provide general statistics regarding the use of the website.

Special Categories of Personal Data

Special categories of personal data include information about an individual’s health and other categories of personal information which are closely protected (e.g. ethnicity or biometrics).

We will process sensitive classes of information that may include physical or mental health details, racial or ethnic origin, religious or other beliefs and trade union membership where you or your customers have voluntarily provided this information to us and have agreed that we can use this information to deliver products and services to them on your behalf.  Where possible we shall seek to minimise the collection and use of such special categories of personal data.

How we use your Information

We use your information to:

  • provide helpdesk and call management services;
  • provide and service your account.

We will process your information where we have a legitimate interest to do so, where we are permitted by law or to comply with applicable law and regulation.

We invest appropriate resources to protect your personal information, from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. However, no internet-based site can be 100% secure and we cannot be held responsible for unauthorised or unintended access that is beyond our control.


We will keep this Privacy Statement under review and make updates from time to time. Any minor changes to this Privacy Statement will be posted on this page and we will communicate any major changes to you.


A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server which is used to record information about your use of a specific website so that when you return to pages on that site the pages are tailored to the information you previously entered (for example, user login details).
